Sedeo Café Welcomes New Chef to Powell, Ohio Location
Chef Marcus comes to Sedeo Cafe from some of the finest restaurants in Central Ohio.
Sedeo Café will see new, fresh, healthy and hearty items under Marcus’ direction. Patrons can expect the menu to vary frequently, especially around the changing of the seasons. He stresses the importance of freshness in his dishes and the use of local ingredients to create levels of flavors pleasing to the pallet. New additions to the menu include a wide variety of Soups and complementary House Made Sauces, Hand Cut Steaks, Seafood, and Fresh Organic Seasonal Vegetables.
Sedeo Café owner, Pete Ephraim, spent a length of time looking for the right chef to head the fine dining restaurant. “Chef Marcus' passion for foods, his artistry of the plate and his focus on classic cuisine with novel new approaches is a perfect match”, “We are excited to have our menu under the creativeness of Matt; we are looking forward to expanding our menu with many new featured small plates and entrees.”
Powell and Central Ohio residents will be able to sample some of the Chef’s additions to the menu at the restaurant in Powell, Ohio; 5 p.m. to 10 p. m. Tuesday through Saturday with an 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. Sunday Brunch Buffet. The new fall menu will be ready to roll out in early August. privately owned (managed Phoenix's Best Continental Restaurant) to large
Corporate restaurants from Scottsdale, Arizona, to Albuquerque, New Mexico and Boston, Massachusetts.
